Free vs Paid.
The free plan has the same features as the paid plans. It is only limited by the maximum number of records. You can create as many forms as you want. Securely share them with any number of users. Receive emails or text messages when your data is updated.
What if I go over the limit?
Your account will be locked if you exceed the maximum number of records on your plan. Your data will be inaccessible during this time. Delete records or upgrade to a higher plan to unlock your account. Note, we do not charge overage fees.
How to buy?
1.) Make sure you already have an account with us.
2.) Click on the "Buy Now" button at the bottom of the plan you want.
3.) You will be redirected to a payment screen via PayPal.
4.) Change the "Quantity" to reflect the number of months to buy.
5.) Click on the "Update" link and submit your payment information.
6.) Your payment will be processed instantly and you will be emailed a link to upgrade your account.
What about billing?
We do not bill your PayPal or credit card account every month. All plans are pre-paid and charged only once at the time of purchase. Your plan will automatically switch over to the free plan when it expires if you choose not to extend it. At this time if your data exceeds the maximum number of records under the free plan then your account will be locked. No cancellation is required.
